Mediation in Education

One size almost never fits all, especially where the education of a child with special needs is concerned. Parents and guardians understandably want their child’s education to be both enjoyable and challenging, with a minimum of frustration and angst. Their expectations may not match their child’s needs or the school’s assessment of an appropriate education for the child.

BioLaw Ethics Institute has provided special education mediation services through contracts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs as well as the New Mexico and South Dakota Special Education Departments. We offer mediation and dispute resolution services to help you handle difficulties with the families or guardians of your students.

BioLaw Ethics Institute provides the above mediation and conflict resolution services.
We can also train your staff to offer these services.
